Bad experience. Bought several items from this store. There are some nice employees some not especially the older ones. Waited at least 10 minutes, skipped by this one guy who just walked in. Feeling like you get more help if you are buying more expensive things thats when they’ll pay more attention to you. I was passed to this older lady who was helping another customer. No Hi! nothing from her, she just started ringing up what i was trying to buy and printed my receipt, no “thank you or have a great day” from her. Lacking some customer service skills.

We drove down to the Apple Store today for an appointment for my friend whose iPhone had locked her out. We were a little late, and Jocelyn was waiting for us. She was great. She set her up with large letter login details, and activated a new phone. Everyone knew what they were and were very nice. Thanks Jocelyn + Apple. PS. I wish you would restore the black cherry solo loop! At the end of the day, the phone did not work yet, and we spent another hour or so with a genius who was not so much. Since the phone wasn’t working, wind, a mess, the car from the super genius, and as yet the old phone is not unlocked.

Although, I’m not stoked about my experience as a whole. I did appreciate the sales associate who helped us, Graeme, he was trying his best to help us even waited while I ran over to AT&T to get things sorted. I have always had terrible experiences with sales associates at this location, but Graeme was doing his best and using every bit of patience to handle our ridiculous mess of a situation.

This review is for both the making of appointments at the genius bar online and for the apple store. After trying to figure out why my Safari was running so slow, went to the store to have my mac looked at and the nice man at the front said that there would be a 2 hour wait without an appointment, and that I should make an appointment. He gave me a number 1-800myapple. Got home and called the number, but it's not a number to make an appointment, it's the main service number for Apple. Went online and you can't make an appointment there either- only call or chat. So did a chat for 20 minutes only to have them tell me I had to call. So I called and waited 20 minutes, spent 10 minutes indicating what my issue was, only to have the nice lady tell me that this was the line for iPhones, not macs and that shed have to transfer me and I'd have to wait another 20 minutes for a mac person. I said all I really wanted was an appointment at the genius bar and she said she could do that. So I made an appointment. Went in this AM and sat for 30 mins waiting for my appointment only to have another nice lady tell me that the appointment that was made was for an iPhone and not a mac and that they wouldn't be able to see me until the afternoon. You can have lots of nice people working for you, but if your systems suck, your customer service sucks. I even have AppleCare on my mac. For what? Very poor performance from a company that you'd expect would be better

So unprofessional I came in for a repair and both times the two different people who helped me were so condescending and unorganized. I came in Saturday and they told me it would take and hour and a half to fix my phone then the wait time came back and it was three and a half hours I had things to do that afternoon so the lady told me to come in right when they open Sunday at 11:00 and that she was unable to make me an appointment but just to tell the person I talked to that Sunday that it was a drop off . Come Sunday I came in at 11:00 and a different woman checked me in but she said they had an appointment for me at 12:15 but I HAD MADE NO APPOINTMENT AND THE WOMAN FROM YESTERDAY SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME SHE DIDN’T MAKE ONE. Anyways the woman would not take my phone even though I had been told to bring it at that time and now I have to come back the next weekend because I literally don’t have time during the week and they wasted my time and my gas and need to be reprimanded and get more organized so this doesn’t happen again.

Only one guard and the store didn’t seem to have a vigilant staff personal. What a deception with the Guards who work for Security industry specialists all across California. This gentlemen didn’t seem to care much for his job while texting and playing games on his phone while on the job site while I walked past him several times. You may want to contact his Site supervisor or hire another reliable company who will follow your expectations. 08/11/2023

Fairly typical Apple store... Like a McDonald's restaurant chain, Apple stores tend to be fairly consistent if not outright identical to each other. And as such it's hard to distinguish based on a given location. Probably the closest distinguishing note that can be made is that this location is a little less crowded than some of the others.
